Refunds & Cancellations
At Fiitech Technologies Private Limited, operating under the brand Bhagyavidhan, we are committed to delivering high-quality astrological and Vedic services. We understand that there may be situations that require a refund or cancellation. This section explains when refunds may be provided, how to request them, and the conditions for cancellations.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Service Delivery Failure: If the booked service was not delivered due to a technical issue or system error.
- Duplicate or Incorrect Charges: If you were charged multiple times or an incorrect amount.
- Expert Unavailability: If the assigned specialist was unavailable and rescheduling is not possible.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of Mind after booking or receiving the service.
- Partial Usage of the service, where only part of the session was used.
- Unmet Expectations or dissatisfaction with predictions or interpretations, as Vedic sciences are interpretive.
3. Refund Request Procedure
Email us at info@bhagyavidhan.com within 24 hours of the issue. Include your booking details, explanation, and any supporting evidence.
Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days. Additional information may be required.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Session Cancellations
Advance cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling or refund depending on availability.
Last-minute cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for refunds unless the expert is unavailable.
5. Replacement & Refund Policy (Goods/Products)
Bhagyavidhan also offers spiritual and Vedic products, including gemstones, idols, malas, pooja materials, yantras, and related sacred items.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If a product is delivered in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, customers may request a replacement or refund within 3 business days of delivery.
To request a replacement or refund, email info@bhagyavidhan.com with:
- Order details
- Clear photos of the damaged/defective product
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost. If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Eligible Situations:
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling or negligence.
- Change of mind after product delivery (except when the product is defective or incorrect).
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
If there are any issues, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Disputes raised without prior communication may delay resolution and affect future service eligibility.
7. Policy Modifications
Fiitech Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and users are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
