Return Policy
At Bhagyavidhan.com, we take utmost care to ensure the authenticity and quality of every product. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement under the conditions mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are eligible only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or broken.
- An incorrect item has been delivered compared to your order.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the replacement process will be initiated within 2–3 working days, and the replacement product will typically be delivered within 7–8 working days
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned as they are prepared specifically for individual spiritual use:
- Energized gemstones
- Energized Rudraksha
- Customized pooja items or idols
- Pooja rituals or astrology consultation services
3. Return Process
To request a return, contact us at support@bhagyavidhan.com with your Order ID and a clear photo/video of the product received.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will either arrange a pickup or request you to ship the item back securely.
4. Replacement
If the return is approved, we will send a replacement product of the same type and value.
In case the product is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or opt for a refund.
5. Refund Conditions
Refunds will be processed only after:
- The returned item is received and inspected.
- The item is confirmed to be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–7 working days.
6. Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to damage or incorrect product, shipping charges will be covered by us.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
