• Duplicate/Incorrect Charges: If you were charged multiple times or an incorrect amount due to a technical error.
• Expert Unavailability: If the astrologer, tarot reader, or other specialist was unavailable at the scheduled time and a reschedule is not possible.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel after booking a session or once the service has been delivered.
• Partial Usage: If the service has been partially used (e.g., partial session attended), no refunds will be applicable for the unused portion.
• Unmet Expectations or Inaccurate Predictions: Astrology and other Vedic sciences are interpretive and subjective. Refunds are not granted based on dissatisfaction with predictions, outcomes, or interpretations.

4. Session Cancellations

Advance Cancellations

Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund, except when due to expert unavailability.
